Refund policy

The Timeshifter Shop sells products from Timeshifter and from partner brands. Who handles your return depends on who shipped your item. Your order confirmation shows which applies.

Products shipped by Timeshifter

• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email team@timeshifter.com with your order number.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Products shipped by partner brands

• Items from Ozlo, Manta Sleep and Look Optic are shipped by those brands, and returns are handled by them under their own return policies.

• If you need help, email team@timeshifter.com with your order number and we will connect you with the brand.

Digital products

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• App codes are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed codes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact team@timeshifter.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including for partner-shipped items.
